Replacement Issues on Flip Kart

I ordered a laptop and got a faulty one and trying to get a replacement for past 20 days whenever I call agents reply to wait for 24 hours our back end team will contact you.. after 20 days now getting a email As per your request we have cancelled the replacement... for which I didn't even get a call back for.. Today when I call and informed the same agents says we will do the replacement once again. and you will get a call back in 24 hours ... Every time it is the same and few agents told because of big billon days sales we are not able to reach at right time ... If you not able to handle the issues at the first part you(Flip Kart) should not do such a sales... Disgusting... Worst customer experience and The worst support of all time.... A frustrated customer
