Regarding delay of Delivery my car i20-Active Accidental Vehicle RC no. MP19CC-0540

Respected Sir / Madam,
I Am Prabha Mishra. I purchase to new car Your Company Dealer showroom ( BADRIKA HYUNDAI Satna) following details on car.
Car no- MP19CC0540, Model no- I20 Active , Chassis no- MALBM51RLJM564287, Engine no- D4FCJM616563. Regn date- 22/12/2018.
Car Accident dt. 28/03/2019 & showroom received dt. 29/03/2019.
So I before accidental car maintenance inquiry to Your Company Dealer showroom ( BADRIKA HYUNDAI Satna) So your showroom service person talk me company fitting & all maintenance work complete within 6 week his commitment.
But till date car not deliver.
I have severly talked to hyundai dealer in Satna but no response has been received till now
Please clarification to Company & Dealer delivery my car today.
Would request your confirmation that this will be provided in the next 7 days.
These kind of intolerance will not be tolerated by me.
I want my money back as soon as possible
company not any clarification given to me I will going to Consumer Court for my justice.
