I had booked tickets from the IRCTC Portal and had cancelled the tickets due to some personal reason so i was supposed to get a refund of 6680/- rs but i didn't received it till today but on the IRCTC Portal it's showing that it is refunded on 17th April 2018 but i haven't received it i'm following up everyday with the customer care executive for the same but i'm only getting one answer from them that it will be refunded in next 24 hours but still not received so i would like to escalate this problem and complain against IRCTC for cheating their customers, below is the details of my booking:-

Hope so this all information is enough to get my refund as early as possible.
Also i'm attaching my bank statement for referance to see that i haven't got any refund on 17th April 2018 from IRCTC.
