We had made a payment of rs. 244/- via axis bank, cheque no. 160935, dated:- 19-07-2017 but the same have not been debited in our account till now and a cheque bounce charges of rs. 100/- has also been levied in our account against +91-361-2460207, customer id : 3005476260, account no. 8005483756 for the month of aug 2017.

How is it possible that bsnl has not intimated us of any cheque return due to any reason which might be mostly probably due to any technical issues faced by clearing banks and directly levied a cheque return charges to us for rs. 100/-

We should have got the communicated that our cheque has been returned unpaid and bsnl should have couriered us the original cheque along with cheque return slip as provided by your bank.

We are feeling pity on the kind of bsnl internal working and its future prospects.

Arrange to send us original cheque along with cheque return slip by bank. The cheque return charges must be levied on account of insufficient balance in our account and if the cheque got returned due to any technical reason which is beyond the control of us we must not be levied any charges in our account.

Hope the concerned department will be taking necessary action in this regards on high priority without forcing us to make the issue an national issue in india.
