Payment settlement

Dear Consumer Forum,
This is to inform you that one settleme was raised by the Vodafone company on 4th November 2019, but still I have not received any cheque or any NEFT regarding the settlement, most Importantly whenever I have complain on their customer service, the First line customer service person do not find any data regarding this on their system, and Then when I asked any senior customer service person they find it on their system but they told me to hold and then call being disconnected automatically, and sir this incident happened with me more than 6 times, One last positive mail recived 9th November 2019 till then they don’t reply on mail also, so my request to you kindly help me.
