Oyo service

The issue that I have experienced was: I have Booked a room for 5 person in shimla . I have confirmed my booking and made a payment and they accepted. This is the confirmation which i recieved.BUT THEY ARE UNABLE TO PROVIDE ME THE SERVICE AND I SUFFERED A LOSS OF 50K.

AFTER THAT WHEN I REACHED THERE AS IT HAS BEEN SOO COLD IN SHIMLA . I WAS WAITING OUTSIDE OF THE HOTEL FOR 3 HOUR NOBODY IS OPENING THE HOTEL IN . AFTER 3 HOURS A PERSON CAME AND SAID WE ARE NOT PROVIDING AS IT IS NOT UNDER OYO SERVICE . I CALLED TO OYO CUSTOMER CARE THEY SAID THEY WILL PROVIDE ANOTHER HOTEL AFTER 2 HOURS I RECIEVED A CALL FROM OYO THEY ARE UNABLE TO PROVIDE SO PLEASE GO TO NON OYO ROOM . BECAUSE OF THAT I SUFFERED A LOSS OF 50K AND MET A CAR SUCCIDENT AS IT IS 2 AM IN NIGHT AND I HAVE BEEN SEARCHING A ROOM IN 2 DEGREE. WE WERE 5 FRIENDS AND SUFFERED A HUGE LOSS.
