This is with reference to my fridge which I purchased in September 3rd. of 2017,model no. RT395538/UT/TC 2017, type frost free. It had a 10 year warranty. Now my fridge does not cool and therefore I am unable to use the same. I have raised a complaint in Aug, complaint no. is 1148972353 and despte several reminders they do not come. However they SMS me after each call with messages like thank you for contacting Samsung, we hope your query is answered. Is this a joke or a dont care attitude shown to customers. This has been going on for over a month. As I am fed up with this I am approaching you and hopefully you will address my problem with immediate effect. I hope you will atleast address this issue now.
