I booked tatkal ticket from secundrabad to kakinada on 5 th march 2018.money got deducted twice total of 900rs got deducted but the ticket is not generated.. Transaction id are 806405704087 and 806405703223. I even mailed irctc i got ticket number generated but there is no response from them.. And today is 16th march.. And still i did not get my money refunded.. How many more days will ut take to get my money refunded.
