Mobile data not working for more than 15 days from the porting

I ported from !dea to Airtel on Mar 23,2019, Since that day onwards, I couldn't connect to mobile internet. I have gone for several times to Airtel customer care. I couldn't find the solution and they didn't do anything, saying technical error it seems in server. I am frustrated and wants to port to another network.
