By having an initial booking amount of Rs. 10000/ and after long discussions about design & costing finally we have given our new home furniture order to "Linus furniture" on 11-Mar-2018 with the first payment on 13-Mar-2018 of Rs. 210000/.
PF shared reference images "Linus_Furniture_Order.jpg" & "Linus_First Payment.jpg".

Since we got the call from "Linus Furnitures", that our order is ready for delivery, we have made the final payment as well on 10-Apr-2018. PF shared reference image "Linus_Final_Payment.jpg".

Till final payment they follow us, but once final payment is done, then we have to follow them.

The entire payment is done. After that with multiple follow-up finally they have delivered the order on 21-Apr-2018. Since the entire material is covered with boxes, we didn't come to know that they haven't delivered the shoe rack yet. Next day onwards, installation/fixing started by their carpenter by opening the boxes.

During that week, Mr. Sunil Pawar (Owner) told us that Hettich shoe rack bracket production is stopped and hence it's not delivered.

After multiple follow ups he manages to deliver the shoe rack on 19-May-2018 with the following issues.
1) The shoe rack bracket is not HETTICH company. It's Dortel company.
2) The size of the shoe rack bracket is so small that shoes can't fit inside it. PFA images.
3) As per the discussion, the shoe rack bracket should have 3 compartments. Whereas they delivered only 2 compartments.
4) The shoe rack lock facility was also missing.
PF shared reference images of these issues. ("Linus Shoe Rack Shoes not fitted1.jpg", "Linus Shoe Rack Shoes not fitted2.jpg", "Linus Shoe Rack Shoes not fitted3.jpg")

We haven't accepted that shoe rack delivery and they have taken it back.

He applied the shoe rack cost very high (Rs. 15715/) because he mentioned that the shoe rack bracket will be of HETTICH brands.
But in reality he fails to deliver that.

In between, we found multiple other issues in terms of quality & design of furniture.
1) Lots of space wastage.. Especially the outer furniture size is as per design. But the drawer or kitchen trolley is smaller in size than the actual available space. They are saying that this size is purely based on HETTICH channel size and they are saying that it's as per their standard. And we came to know about this standard after the delivery happened. We didn't discuss about HETTICH channel size and all with these technical details. PF shared reference images, ("Linus Waste of Space - Small Drawers and Trolley provided-1.jpg", "Linus Waste of Space - Small Drawers and Trolley provided-2.jpg")

2) Improper wardrobe door alignment. They claim soft close HETTICH hinges, but in reality the door alignment itself is improper. PF shared reference images ("Linus Soft Close Door Alignment1.jpg", "Linus Soft Close Door Alignment2.jpg", "Linus Wardrobe Door Alignment not Parallel1.jpg")

3) Wardrobe Hinges alignment not in Parallel which should be the basics of design. PF shared reference images ("Linus Wardrobe Hinges Alignment not Parallel1.jpg", "Linus Wardrobe Hinges Alignment not Parallel2.jpg")

4) To make proper alignment, their carpenter drilled at multiple places and then fill it with white M-Seal.

5) To get the proper aesthetic look of wardrobe, they stick the additional rings on the inner side of drawer. Complete JUGAD by their carpenter. PF shared reference images ("Linus Drawers alignment using rings Jugad.jpg")

In every visit Mr. Sunil Pawar offers tea/coffee/snacks with sugarcoated talks. Also claim that they design using MM as measurement units... Whereas the reality comes out after the delivery of furniture.

The following are typical answers by Mr. Sunil Pawar to cover their issues/defects,
1) Is that point mentioned in the Signed design document. You have verified & signed all the documents.
2) It's not a defect, it's our Standard. We can't work on that issue anymore.
3) We can't deliver it because there are technical issues. (But he can't explain that technical issue)

They give false commitments & applies unethical business practices to make money.
Till date I am chasing for Shoe Rack delivery and issues with "Linus Furnitures" with the multiple showroom visit, email, phone calls, whatsup. But they are not giving expected response.

Even after almost 3 months and complete on time payment, we have to chase Linus Furnitures. PF shared reference email document, "Linus-Multiple Followup through email.pdf". It's completely inconvenience caused to me and my family and we are facing mental stress as well because of continuous follow ups & visit to shop on every weekend.

How to handle this kind of issue?
Please provide your guidance.
