FRAUD PRACTICES IN SERVICE CENTER

Charging money for inspection. Not giving receipts. On cross-checking with a senior staff caught the executive Priyanka trying to con customers with money not charged by Samsung. Declining receipts. preparing fake bogus estimates.
A broken screen estimate was told to me to be 12500 on asking for a receipt replied no receipt but there is liquid damage on the motherboard.
Left with no other option, got the screen replaced from a local shop same day. no traces of moisture anywhere. False report by Samsung.

Fake Customer Executives. Bad Services. Bad Experience. A similar thing happened to my Smart watch S2 an year ago. its still in theh cupboard non functional because the estimate is 16000 and the new watch is 20000.

Bad after sales. Samsung not expected from you. you were supposed to be a brand
