I booked OYO Package for Kerala. But after reaching to Kerala, Hotel (which was included in Package cost) denied to board. The reason being, the Hotal have no valid contract with OYO, and I paid this amount.
At the time of ongoing journey, Oyo committed to pay this amount, but everyone got muted once the journey is over.
Till today, after so many followups, there is no response at all.
