I have Ordered Mobile (ID - OD1137336644721169000) through Flipkart flash sale in exchange of my Existing Mobile on dt. 25 Oct 2018. Flipkart arrange delivery on 29 Oct 2018 through Ekart agent. Ekart agent came on that date and denied to deliver as they have rejected exchange option due to illogical reason. I got verification failed Notification on dt. 29 oct 2018 (ID - FMPP0211305707). From that date to till time they have not update my delivery status (still it is shown In Transit). I have asked my refund of Rs. 10,699/- or my ordered item every day. I have asked them to update my refund process through mail several time but not received any reply till time. Customer care executive not even have updated information on delivery and they reply your material In Transit till time. Please help to get refund of amount of Rs. 10,699/- with interest (if applicable) as this amount is converted to EMI to my SBI Credit with Interest 14%.
