Faulty Samsung LED

Hello



I am facing the problem in screen of the LED since when I have purchased. The screen has been replaced by company in warranty period 3 monhs back and same problem has come again. As per your customer care executive we have to pay Rs 26000 to get it replaced now. Since the same problem has come again within three months, I are challenging the qualiy of product and not being attended by company.

Please look ino the the matter urgently

There should be some warranty to new/changed/repaired parts fitted within warranty period otherwise companies can fit soon-to-expire parts which will only work till the expiry of warranty.

Usually companies give 6 month warranty on any new part fitted from your pocket.
