I had bought a Golden Topaz gemstone with ring few weeks back online from
DivyaRishi Sansthan, Sapt Sarovar Marg,
Near Agrasen Ghat, Bhupatwala,
Haridwar - 249401
(Uttranchal), INDIA

and paid Rs.1950/- on delivery.
The stone has come-off the ring and the same seems duplicate also. On bringing this matter to the notice of the company ,I had a terrible experience. Initially they were not responding and when they did ,the telephone staffers were at their worst.
On questioning ,they used the worst words to abuse on the phone. They just made me realize that I was a cheap ,downtrodden customer who bought a costly gemstone for Rs.1950/- at throway price and that I had no right to complaint.
I am just trying to come to my senses for this senseless abuse that I faced today from Divyarishi.
