On 21/5/2018 I had lodged a complaint for replacement of monitor panel which is under warranty. Complaint No : RNP 180521052940. Till date the job is not completed. I being a senior citizen staying alone consider CCTV is essential for security . I am now surprised to note that service provided by LG is far below the expectation.Harresment faced so far was not expected from such a company which is also accredited with ISO standards. I leave it to the people to think before taking a decision to purchase any product.
