it is not out of place to state that we have not been given proper service from day one. Despite repeated attempts we have not been heard anything.
As stated at many occasions that there is extra ordinary heat (hot temperature) at the outdoor units (2 Places) as the outdoor units are not properly placed.
During warranty period only one service is carried out (that too in 15-20 minutes for 6 AC's).
Needless to say that the response is not proper and service is bad.
