I had booked meal throw IRCTC Ecatering services on dated 04th July 2018 with order number 2091139 for delivery in Train number 12409, but couldn't deliver the same on our seat. No pantry car in this train and our family members are hungry hungry full night because i requested on IRCTC customer care officer please provide the food in next stoppage. This is prepaid booking and i have already paid Rs.377/- online. So kindly lodge my complaint against IRCTC E catering service.
