Complaining about online customer service

I was trying to get my gear sport coupon on my galaxy app on Saturday. I don't know how but i didn't get it on the page neither i recieved it on my email or registered mobile number. Now i called Samsung helpline number and asked them how to recover it and they were forwarding my call to one from another department. In last the guy told me to share my concerns at mg.redeem@samsung.com with all of my details and wait for 24 hours for response. 48 hours are already passed and still i didn't get any response to my email. Is this how you treat to your customers ?? By lying and wasting their time ?? Looks like your employees have lack of experience regarding this. I've been waiting for this since 10th August and after getting my hands on my note 9 i didn't expected that I'll have to face such stupid situation. Im not asking for anything big i want you to send my coupon to my registered mobile number or email thats it. Dont let your customers wait for simpler reasons like this
