BSNL broadband new connection not provided

Hi,
This is Arghya. I have applied for BSNL Broadband two weeks ago. I have received the landline connection last week and the provider confirmed that broadband will be provided within 2-3 days from the day landline connection provided. But this has come to a week around, I keep on trying to ask BSNL for broadband connection, but the connection is still not provided. I have no use of the land line that BSNL fellows had provided. Please reach to BSNL ASAP and help me to get the connection.

You need to now fill another form for getting broadband connection. At the same time you need to attach the fees/bill receipt too.
