BAD SERVICE OF VIDEOCON D2H

Dear Sir,
My videocon customer id 177995960 Name Manoj Kumar das has recharged Rs.300 on 07 Jul 18. After 6 days of recharge on 13 Jul 18 service is stopped. On query from your end it is told me that as there is no balance in my account. And further your rep told me that i have recharged twice, again on 08 Jul 18, which is completely baseless. She told the money reverted back to my account.
Sir i confirm you that i have only recharged Rs.300 on 07 Jul 18 vide my SBI transaction no.107396850313. No transaction i have made on any date further. No (R) No money is refunded to my account from your end.
Please look into this matter urgently and resume my service, This is not the matter of mere Rs.300 but it raises a question on your system, how such lapses took place. if you want, i will provide my account summary during the period of subscription.
