Nature of problem: while updating the software mobile strucked at 50% charging.service engineer took (F1 solutions,sankaramatam road,vsp-16,service centre manage Ph. No:9866384804 ) the phone to other room examined it and told that the device is opened already and parts were mismatching.So warrenty not applicable, if want to repair pay money ? why should he suggest like that Didn't understand. so I immediately left from there
