I would like to inform you that, i had made lots of phone call and mail to IRCTC customer care department but still i do not get my refund of PNR No- 6630713909. Accordingly i have contacted with my bank but they are saying that no such transaction is made by IRCTC. Whenever i call to your customer care executive they only make excuses regarding my problem. Please take necessary steps regarding this. Previously also i didn't get refund of my cancelled ticket but this time its a huge amount for me.
