I online purchased the 199rs plan form my airtel app in which you get 1.5gb data per day and unlimited call and messages for 28 days on mobile no. 9519802193 .after I purchasing it ,a message came from airtel that the plan has been initiated but after waiting so many hours the plan is still not activated,also in the main account details the data and call balance is showing 0. When I checked my transition history there was no such plan purchased . I am very dissatisfied it has happened second time
