I have purchased Samsung C7 Pro in july 18 within 15 days screen got break and given it to samsung service center bhopal for screen replacement, they replied that c7 screen not available by samsung, so we could give you credit voucher for new purchase, but after one month they didn't given any debit/credit voucher, after that they said we have available touch screen now but after 3 month no solution provided by them and saying take back your mobile it will not be replace any mean, i have brought it INR 22000/- and within 15 days touch screen damage, and since 3 month they are not provided any solution, in this incident i think samsung are think for Sales of Mobile only not for customer satisfaction and services solutions.
