I ordered for a soap dispenser from Snapdeal (Order # 22267048770) through online payment. I received intimation that item would be delivered on 25th June'18. At around 9 pm on 25th June, I receive a message stating that item has been delivered at 08:49 pm. This is a blatant lie. No item has been delivered to me. I have cross checked with building security wherever couriers deliver.
When I called up customer service I realized that Snapdeal has no option for registering the above itype of complaint. After checking Snapdeal reviews on the net I have decided to immediately post in this forum for a quick resolution of complaint
