Worst Experience - Worst Product

Dear LG service team its very unfortunate to say that your resolution for customers issue is worst. As no one even bothered for resolution. I am your customer after buying an AC Model - BSA18IBE on 19th Mar 17. Its really my badluck that I had opted for LG where in market there are many option available. the day I had bought this AC, I am complaining regarding the cooling issue that it takes approx 4 hrs to give the desired cooling. Each time your service engineer visit at my premises on my complaint but results used to be same. Your service people had given commitment after every visit that this time it will work. I feel either your product is worst or your manpower is incompetent. From last 2 months I am asking for replacement but except fake commitment nothing is happening. Now its high time. I need the replacement of my AC.
