very poor customer service from LG company

Recently we bought one LED TV from abroad, it has been cracked down during transportation. We lodged a complaint with our local LG service centre.. once LG executive visited n told to bring TV to the service centre.. we too took the TV to the service centre n further he reported that the panel to be changed. we told that we are readfy to pay the cost incurred for buying of that panel.. for past 90 days we are following the LG executive through phone calls n e-mails. but worst response we have received... Really we fed up of buying LG product..
In ur ads, u r very well projecting abt the service, but in the real scene it very negative and pathetic..
by seeing our sufferings with ur service, our neighbours too decided not to buy ur product...
If these continues, ur company will be last in this competitive race...
this s a real one. On frustration only I'm posting this in this site...
