Complaint no. 83942787 against order no.926842855.

[/size]My mother ordered for a esenza 6 pc cookware set on 23 June, which was recd on 26 or 27 June n we found that medium sized lid was broken. The complaint was place the very same with proper details. N to our surprise we recd small lid n that after follow up. Again a complaint was lodged to replace it. It was confirmed to us that it wud reach us by 7th July. again after severe follow ups today somebody called up my mother to despatch back then we will replace it.

Is it our fault? N wen I called ur customer care...everytime there was disappointment. It seems u make false promises n fool around people with their hard earned money.

My mother can't despatch it as she's too old. It is requested to either replace it or refund our money. But pls don't fool us anymore n stop this harassment to the customers. N ensure some good customer service where ur executives don't put us on hold or mute n abuse us.

An early action n acknowledgement wud be appreciated.
