i bought LG LED TV in june 2015 , i am facing some audio problem and call to lg customer care they told me with in 5 to 6 hr my service engineer attend the call and his engineer mr santosh gupta call me and told sir i will come approx 3 pm on same day but he did not come and when i call him then speak me very bad manners and told me i will come at 7 pm but still he not come , i call the lg customer care and his local service branch but still my complaint pending now i feel very bad experience with LG PRODUCT
