I have been using tata sky maga pack scheme for the last three years.
on 19th april i have registered a complains for not receiving signal. They have given me work order number. From that i am regularly making calls to tata sky executives as well as to nodal officers. Some time they pick the call and just say , sorry sir, i am arranging to send the technician. Each time they repeat the same line.
My question is,- if they collect service fees in advance. Theyare bound to give proper services to satisfy the customers.
