Worst Onida Customer Service

I have onida microwave which I have purchased almost 3 years back and its opening door lock has been broken. For which I have already filled complaint in may'13. Last time technician came and took the broken part. He ensured that he will replace the part. There was no response from 2 months, after that I have contacted again and then I came to know that part is not available. I do not understand why this information was not shared with me before and if parts of onida products are not available then there is no need to sell these products.
Now I am just blaming myself that why I had purchased onida product as for me it is just a scrap if part is available.

Now I only have one option available left that purchase a new one except onida.

if there is any other option available, then let me know.
