Where to complain to Airtel landline not working?

I tried to register a complaint of my telephone no. 01294001470 with Airtel on 121, but to my dismay, the no. got disconnected time and again in between questionnaire of computer and my fulfilling the complaint of my telephone. This happened on 04--6-2013 between 8:50 AM to 9:30 AM. Then in the afternoon, when I finally got to the complaint center, they told me that their computer is not working and I should register complaint later on. I tried to lodge the complaint on internet, but to my surprise there is no facility to lodge the complaint on net.
My telephone is not working since last 3 days and I do not know where to go.

I will request the Airtel authorities to make proper arrangements for consumers on internet. Only facility at official web site on "contact us" is addresses of show rooms/ complaint centers. It is not possible for everybody to go there personally and register a complaint. What a big backward step on the issue????? On one side the facility is there to pay bills on line and on the other hand no facility for registering complaint on net.

You can email your complaint to 121@in.airtel.com

Pl. read it here:

As a last option you can register complaint by going to any Airtel office.
