Unable to process Speed booster pack

Hello

I am unable to process Reliance Netconnect plus speed booster pack for my number. I activated 5GB booster pack on 7/7/2015 requesting it in customer care. Now I am consumed with the data and I got a message on my screen. I requested the customer care for a speed booster activation of 20GB and they processed it on 8/7/2015. But even after 24 hours they say that the speed booster was not activated due to some technical fault, and also suggested me that I have 1GB data balance remaining in my account, whereas I am getting a message from Reliance and also Reliance 'my account' shows that I have already consumed my high speed data.

Please help me activate my speed booster pack. The details are given below.
