I ordered the Tab and received on 27.08.2013, i found a Tilt Problem while playing the games. Datawind Service Team advised me to hand over the TAB to local Service Center(Varshik Information Solution - Chennai) on 05-Sep-2013, but till date i didn't received the TAB. Each and every Week i used to call Noida Service Center(01832581330), every time i'll get the answer "Wait for 7days".
I DON'T KNOW HOW MANY 7 DAYS I'VE TO WAIT. So, I'm enclosing all details from side.
Kindly help me for a replacement.
