I have been denied for TDR for following booking with reason "NO EDR HAS BEEN FED AGAINST THE PARTICULAR PNR AS PARTY HAS TRAVELLED"

I seek explanation that how can a person book 2 tickets to travel same journey and be present in both of them.
I find it very unfair that TDR has been denied saying "NO EDR HAS BEEN FED AGAINST THE PARTICULAR PNR AS PARTY HAS TRAVELLED" considering above scenario.
Please re-consider my TDR request for PNR No. 2711376514 and take appropriate action otherwise I have to escalate in other platforms.
