Samsung mobile complaint
I had purchased a SAMSUNG GALAXY PRO 7510 from m/s JAI MAA SHARDEY ENTERPRISES ,VARANASI vide invoice no. 429 dated 01.06.2011. Since the first day, the battery would discharge fully in around 10 hrs..I sent the set to the authorized service centre .They reloaded the software but the problem remained .They said that this is the normal standby .We are not expecting this standard of quality from SAMSUNG .

Will the battery discharge in 10 hrs in standby mode? Or when you use it continuously.
If it discharges in standby mode then don't worry, Samsung is a decent company, you should get a battery replacement. First get a complaint number by calling Samsung all India customer care.
Don't talk to service center staff. Just wait 1-2 days and you'll hear from service center staff.

It is not the amount that matters. It is more of my self-respect as an educated consumer!Shy
