SAMSUNG NOTE % GOLD SCREEN REPAIR

I had purchased a samsung Note 5 in December 2015. The dealer had informed me that the phone is eligible for a one time free screen replacement offer as part of the samsung anniversary celebrations.

I had a damage to the screen 1 month back. On approaching the service center, they first denied that the model is not eligible for that offer. I called the toll free customer care and they confirmed that it is still eligible.

Let alone the free replacement. They have placed a PO for the screen and told me that I have pay for it. Since it was getting delayed I agreed. Even after 1 month they are saying that the part is not available. I received a call from the customer relations and they are saying that in the entire country that part is not available

How pathetic is that!!! Rubbish and outrageous

Now they are offering to refund the cost of the phone after deducting the cost of the screen. It is really disturbing how a company selling so many phones of that model cannot have a screen spare available for replacement.
