Replacement of Nokia E-5 phone hassles
I purchased Nokia phone 6700s in jun 2010. Set started creating problem with in 1 month. Ear phone were not working. i submitted that set four to five times with nokia care ie Y P enterprises Amritsar. but problem remained same. After a lot of requests i got a new set of same model. that set also found defective. i submitted this set again and again with YP enterprises Amritsar. but due to some technical fault the set did not worked properly. At last in Aug 2011 i got E5 as replacement of 6700s. I was asked to pay some money to extend the guarantee, i paid that amt. But after one the E5 set started creating problem like sim registration fail, phone will restart. i rushed to YP Enterprises Amritsar on 15 Dec 2011. They returned my set on 24 Dec 2011. but after one day the problem was same. I again deposited the set with them on 28 Dec 2011 (IMEI No 357413048292217, Job sheet No 139433527/111215/4). Till today 30 Jan 2012 i have not received any information regarding my set. i request u sir, please refund my money if you can not provide me a good set. Thanks,

No company in the world gives refund. But you can quarrel with them for a brand new replacement phone. First talk with Nokia customer care. Then talk with the service center. Prepare a simple notice to be sent to consumer court and send it to Nokia. After quarreling they should give you a brand new phone.

It is not the amount that matters. It is more of my self-respect as an educated consumer!Shy
