Refund hanging beween bank and Amazon.in

I purchased Samsung Galaxy j7 mobile phone ₹11890 from amazon. Order no.407-3103147-4206741 on 02/10/2017 and done full payment by my Rupay debit card but order was cancelled on 05/10/2017 and now amazon is saying that refund has been send to bank. So contact customer service and file charge dispute they had given me a no. Refund reference& charge auth code# 727515777109
But customer service is saying they can file nothing like charge dispute and can only check if money came to your account or not.
Same behaviour by branch also.
Please solve my problem and what can I do. Please suggest.Thanks

Exactly same problem happened to me 2 months back with Flipkart. THe transaction failed. It was deducted by HDFC Bank but never received by Flipkart.

I was just hanging ...

Somehow it was told that my payment was done thru Techprocess payment gateway. Then I contact Techprocess. They accepted that they indeed received the amount from HDFC bank. So now it narrowed down to Flipkart and Techprocess. I followed it with Techprocess 3-4 times. Finally they refunded my money.

It was the same limbo that you're in.
