Received Dead UBISLATE 7Ci Out of the Box

Sad Received Dead UBISLATE 7Ci Out of the Box
I received A Dead UBISLATE 7Ci, the box itself looked damaged, talked to the Courier, they suggested to call the tech support and refused to take it back.

The unit had scratches on the front and dirty at the back. Also sent an email to aakash2@datawind.com and they replied saying you would receive an AWB number for replacement soon, waited patiently for a week and there was no response, sent an email again, received an email asking to contact the tech support number or email techsupport@datawind.com.
You never get through the phone number, the email id is a dead id, the email returned..
We had waited for 10 Months after Pre-booking and waiting for 15 days after making online payment.

Please help.

What was the result of complaint? was there any action till now. Did you got solution for your problem? If not we can discuss and plan for relief.
