REPEATED PROBLEM IN LG TV

Booked a complaint on Nov. 8 (RNP171108058640) regarding Problem in my LG TV. Service Engineer Salim came and conveyed that faulty Motherboard needs to be replaced. It has been almost 2 weeks but your Engineer never turned back or called. And he had taken Rs.295/- as visit charge. Today again called LG Customer Care and they booked a new complaint RNP171121048982. LG Engineer Mangesh Jathar called and says that the required Part is not available and has been discountinued. This is really shocking, because similar part was replaced around 2 years back and I ahd to pay around 8K for repairs and now again same fault has ocurred. This is least expected from LG. My concern is that how do I get my TV back to operation. If the part is no more availbale, do you expect a 70,000/- worth product to become obsolete in 7 years. I expect an immediate soultion, euther by replacing the TV or getting it repaired.
