Dear Sir,
I have booked my Train Ticket (Tatkal) through Agent – Safex Tours & Travels, Jaipur as per Receipt No. 869 dated 18 12 2010 (Photocopy enclosed herewith) and was issued Ticket as detailed below(photocopy enclosed herewith) :

without touching Jaipur Rly. Station.
I have informed to the above Agent about the Diversion of Train, before schedule time of departure and requested to get my above Ticket cancelled, immediately.
I have not so far received back my above Refund from the Agent. I have approached so many times to the Agent, but they say that Refund has not so far been released by the Railway Deptt.
So, I request you to please look into the matter and arrange to send my Refund, immediately.
