Poor service attitude of Samsung India (Appliances)

Had complaint in my Samsung washing machine...lodged one with the call center...tecnician duly comes in but suggested a solution in personal capacity and recommends not to go for Samsung provided solution as it is expensive....what an irony.

Confused enough, I decide to buy a new WM from Tata Chroma. And then the real ordeal starts. On repeated request the new machine is installed however with incorrect connections leading to flooding of house, water continuously keep on leaking. Made a new complain, new ticket was raised but this time no one attended and got a message about ticket closure. Have been continuously following up and have spoken at least with 5 to 6 persons in Chroma and Samsung but without a proper response. No one seems to be seriously concerned. Still await a resolution.

Further being a serious heart patient myself, have screamed for service which has taken a toll on my health as well.

Now I am requesting Chroma to replace the Samsung machine with any other brand.

SAMSUNG INDIA SERVICE BACKUP EXTREMELY POOR AND FRUSTRATING.
