Poor Service provided by Airtel Ltd Broadband

We have a 4G Connection which is running through the wireless Router. No is - 8585876508.
From airtel side due to non payment of bill line have been stop & on 8/6/15 we cleared the billing amount of Rs-4,160/- on dt-8/6/15. But Connection did not established from Airtel side as on dt-10/6/15.
Several time we lodged 3 time Complaint & Complaint Nos are as followed, which was given by Airtel.
1) 62401982 On Dt-08/06/15 -- Problem not Solved.
2) 62419644 On Dt-09/06/15 -- Do
3) 62442108 On Dt-10/06/15 -- Do.

We also did extra Recharge of Rs-1,000/- on dt-10/06/15. for 10GB Data. But Still Now it is lying on tower less.

We do not get any kind of service from Airtel & Suffering too much without Internet Connection. even clear all dues.

We spoke to Airtel Customer Care Officers & Executives to solved the problem but they dont take any kind of action for solving the issue. So right now we decided to surrender the 4G Connection & in future no claiming amount is to be paid by us at any Conditions. We are liable to pay any amount to Airtel for this issue.

We have very bad experience with such a big Company like as Airtel. Its nothing just loose the Customers that's all.
