Pathetic and torturing customer service from HDFC bank

:mad:I want to report here about pathetic behavior of the HDFC bank customer care department, I have suffered.
To start with, I have been using HDFC's food+ card for almost 2 years. For the last 2 months I haven't received the card amount I have declared in my company's payroll portal.
Upon asking for the amount internally from my company's help desk services, I learnt that they have already loaded the amount in my card. But even after a long time wait when I didn't receive any amount or the notification for the same, I asked the HDFC customer care for the same concern. But they are not giving me any clear picture on this and disconnecting my calls every time. And even if I get a chance to have a word with their staff, they appear very rude.
I am not sure why they have blocked my money without any clarification.
Please help me.
