I have a BSNL landline with number 020-27170255 and account number 1022031962. I received the bill for Nov 13. I saw that my account has been over billed.BSNL folks have charged Rs 375 as adjustment against installment charges despite of the fact that the same had been paid to them in the first bill itself along with the security deposit. Anyone else here faced the same problem ? This is really ridiculous and should be escalated.
