No Refund of TDR even after more then 3 months

Hi Team,

I have raised a TDR on 25-Nov-2016 15:04:05 HRS for refund. I have send multiple emails on care@irctc.co.in and etickets@irctc.co.in for refund but i did not receive a single mail of the service request owner. I am exhausted to see the same status of TDR from last 3 months. Since IRCTC is in debt doesn't mean that they should start fooling their passengers.
Reason for TDR was train was rescheduled for 24 hrs. Now i don't know what to do here. First passenger has to suffer with the travel due to late train and after that pessenger have to follow for life time to get the money.

Reason For TDR: Train Late More Than Three Hours and Passenger Not Travelled.
This TDR was raised 2 hrs before the departure of train. Ticket details are :
