on 23 December 2011,i sent message to 121 to get call details,the message was acknowledged and Rs. 50 were deducted and they promised to sent my detail within 8 hours. When they didn't ,i called up customer care almost each third day,every time they replied the same answer that they are processing request or call detail will be received in 1 week.when i tried to nodal officer,they said it's too late,you have to send request again.
They didn't return my money. What should i do now?
