Mobikwik needs follow up for processing orders in most cases

Lots of follow up is required to get the Orders executed or to get the correct amount of cashbacks.
further,a customer can raise only one ticket in a day or even subsequently no tickets can be raised until the earlier ticket is resolved...even if some matter becomes urgent a new ticket cannot be filed.
They have not even provided any phone no. to contact them and hence many times queries remain unresolved.
